Family Assurance Ltd hereby agrees to pay to the Policy Owner named in the Schedule the benefits according to the terms and conditions of this Policy provided the Premium has been paid. Our liability under this policy shall be discharged by such payment and we will not be required to see the application of the monies so paild.

Funeral Insurance

Policy to indemnify the ultimate net loss in repect of Specified Funeral Expenses incurred for insure persons.

Health Insurance

Hospital means a registered Hospital which has facilities for major surgery diagonosis and Treatment, and provides services by Registered Nurses and Medical Practitioners twenty four hours a day
